Twitter Files Complaint For 19 Twitter-Related Domain Names

Twitter,has recently filed a complaint against the owner of 19 Twitter-related domain names,seeking control of it.

Twitter filed the complaint with the National Arbitration Forum on March 10th,2016.

The 19 disputed domain names are : twtitter.com, htwitter.com, tweedadder.com, tweetaddder.com, tweetadded.com, tweetaddeer.com, tweetadder4.com, tweetaddre.com, tweetader.com, tweetradder.com, tweettadder.com, twetadder.com, twettadder.com, twiteradder.com, twittadder.com, twitteradder3.com, twwetadder.com, wwwtweetadder.com and twetcam.me

The National Arbitration Forum will examine over the next days if the domain names are confusingly similar to Twitter’s trademark,if the current owner has rights over it and if the domains are being used in bad faith . The disputed domain names will be passed over to Twitter if it falls under all three of these stipulations.

At the time of writing this article, the case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum.
