Guess Files Complaint for GuessIncreatailjobs.com Domain Name

Guess has recently filed a complaint against the owner of GuessIncreatailjobs.com domain name.

The company filed the complaint with the National Arbitration Forum on February 24,2016.

According to whois records, GuessIncreatailjobs.com  was first registered on January 27,2016.

The National Arbitration Forum will examine over the next days if the domain name is confusingly similar to Guess’ trademark,if the current owner has rights over it and if the domain is being used in bad faith . The disputed domain name will be passed over to Guess if it falls under all three of these stipulations.

At the time of writing this article, the case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum.
