Yeah! My vote is on Design first,Content second and the Domain Name third.

Has anybody seen for example "FatGirlsinPartyHats.com"? Big traffic despite a long and difficult name!
And after they got the BIG traffic,they recently sold it!(For Big profit I would Gather,)

And I believe that owner is happy not because of the domain name, but because of the traffic on the web site

But if the search , say in google is being made using inurl: keyword. domain name very important thing in this case then.
