I have a query. Say for example I am planning to run an online business for which I have bought my desired domain. While buying it, I did not really feel it does not infringe on any other Trademark. Once my business is kind of in the developing stage (say for around 6 to 7 months), what if some ABC company's lawyer sends me a note saying my domain name is conflicting or affecting their trademark?
I have not experienced this before but as I said it is just a silly query. Is ceasing my e-business the only solution? Or is it possible to argue/prove saying my domain is noway conflicting their trademark?

Re: Domains that impinge upon other's trademark
As I said in my previous post - it depends on the domain name zone...

I think that you need to ask your domain name registration.
