Yahoo! submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over two Flickr-related domain name : NastyFlickr.com and NudeFlickr.com .
Yahoo owns many trademark registrations for the Flickr mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain names are confusingly similar to its trademark .According to whois records the domain names were registered by Nicolas Morrow .
Both NastyFlickr.com and NudeFlickr.com domain names redirect to porn websites .
This case is still pending compliance checks from WIPO .
