With .XXX domain names now available to register for almost two months,we did some research on the number of UDRP disputes for .XXX domains filed so far .
Nine UDRP cases have been filed until now : 1. Finans Bank submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center ,asserting legal rights over the domain name FinansBank.xxx .According to whois records the domain name was registered by Ferudun Tavlan on December 7,2011
2. Deniz Banks submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over the domain name DenizBank.xxx .According to whois records,the domain name was registered by Kader Yilmaz on December6,2011 ,the day ICM Registry made the extension available for public sale .
3. Borçelik Çelik Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over Borcelik.xxx domain .
4. Borusan Holding Anonim Şirketi filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over BorusanHolding.xxx domain .
5. Twentieth Century Fox submitted a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum,over the domain name FoxStudios.xxx,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name .
6. Richard Branson has filed an arbitration case with National Arbitration Forum over the domain name RichardBranson.xxx.The domain name is registered by Sean Truman .
7. Valero Energy filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over Valero.xxx domain name .According to whois records,Valero.xxx domain name was registered on December 6,2011 .
8. VIPINDIRIM has recently filed a lawsuit with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center over Markafoni.xxx domain name . According to WIPO,the domain name case started on December 29,2011.
9. Another UDRP case was filed with the National Arbitration Forum over Heb.xxx domain name .
