Social.com,the largest reported domain name sale of 2011 has been sold in late June for $2,6 Million .However no one knew who the buyer was .
According to Fusible.com ,SalesForce.com is the mysterious buyer of Social.com .
Even though no official statements were made,it seems that SalesForce.com is the real buyer of the largest reported domain sale pf 2011,Social.com .
The sale of Social.com was co-brokered by NameQuiver, Marksmen, Inc.'s domain sales arm in partnership with Moniker .Social.com had an opening bid of $5 million.The high reserve wasn't met.However,a bid of $2.5 million did come in at one point ,before the auction ended.It seems that the seller is Scott Carter .
