Warner Bros. filed a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum in early July, asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name .
The company owns many trademark registrations for the "Happy Feet" mark .Therefore, they contended that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.
Moreover, they contended that the respondent registered and used the domain name in bad faith .
"Respondent offered to sell the disputed domain name to Complainant for not less than $2,500. "
"Respondent is using the disputed domain name to display links to the websites of companies that offer goods and services similar to those of Complainant. This is evidence of bad faith registration and use of the domain."
The Panel ordered the disputed domain name be transferred from the respondent to the complainant .
