The company owns several trademark registration both for the "Verizon" mark .Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain name is confusginly similar to its trademark .According to whois records the domain name owner is Pawel Tykwinski .
The domain name resolves to a website which offer videochat services .
The case is still pending compliance checks with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
