United Services Automobile Association,submitted a complain to the National Arbitration Forum claiming rights over one domain name.
The disputed domain name, usaabank.com , is registered by Bek Seung Beum ,who also is the respondent in the domain name case.
The United Services Automobile Association is the owner of the "USAA" mark which has been registered with the United States Patent amd Trademark Office.
It is obvoius that the domain name is confusinglysimilar to the compliant's trademark, "USAA".The diference between the "USAA" mark and the disputed domain name is the term "bank",but this is also descriptive for the compliant's bussiness.
Moreover the company says the usaabank.com domain name is used to resolve to a website which contains click-through advertisment which further resolve to complainant's competitors.
Therefore, the panel found that the right thing to do is to transfer the disputed domain name to United Services Automobile Association.
