The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority has recently reserved the burjkhalifa.ae domain name.
During a live radio show on Dubai Eye,it was discussed the availability of the domain name burjkhalifa.ae.
When hearing that ,Mohamed Gheyath,Executive Director of the Technology Development Affairs at the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority,called and announced that TRA has reserved the domain name .
Mohamed Gheyath said that they wanted to reserve this domain name to protect the intellectual property rights, and safeguard the domain from cybersquatters.
Burj Khalifa,formerly known as Burj Dubai has 828 m and it is the tallest structure ever built.
The building's name changed from Burj Dubai to Burj Khalifa after Khalifa bin Zayed Al Village,President of the United Arab Emirates federation.
