The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority announced that they will publicise both the launch of the dotEmarat Arabic domain name ,as well as the continues growth in the .ae domain name at the GITEX Technology week .
GITEX Technology Week will be held at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre, between 9th - 13th October 2011 .
“Our previous participation in GITEX week was productive with regards to the level of participation and results.We will certainly continue to enrich our track-record within the current event of 2011. We will also carry out our work into new stages, as we believe in the importance of such activities in achieving total and comprehensive understanding for all aspects of the ever-developing industry. The organization of GITEX in the UAE is a testament to the pioneering role that the ICT sector plays in the region, and also opens the opportunity for us to turn the UAE into an international player,” said H.E. Mohamed Nasser Al Ghanim, TRA Director General .
