The United Arab Emirates Telecommunications Regulatory Authority has officially announced the launching of the arabic IDN .emarat .
This makes the United Arab Emirates one of the first four countries that managed to secure an internationalized top level domain name.
However,registration will be opened for the public all over the world starting December 11,2010 .
