Afnic has announced the results of their customer satisfaction survey.The registry found out that way that the registrars are satisfied with the services of the .fr registry.
From 92 registrars ,98% are satisfied with the services of the .fr registry and 2% not really satisfied.
Comparing to February 2009,when 77% were satisfied and 23% were not so satisfied this is a huge step for Afnic.
Afnic sent questionnaires not only to registrars in France ,but also abroad.There were selected registrars which manage at least 100 .fr domain names .
