The American Automobile Association finally won AAA.net domain name in Federal Court Rulling

The American Automobile Association ,also known as AAA has recently won the domain name AAA.net in Federal Court rulling .

The National Arbitration Forum decided that the respondent did not used and reigstered the domain name in bad faith .Moreover,the Panel agreed with the respondent .The respondent believed that other have rights to the AAA mark .
After AAA had lost the UDRP arbitration at National Arbitration Forum,a federal court in Pennsylvania ruled in their favor .
Corporate Counsel for AAA,Jim Brehm said that "AAA has a vigorous trademark enforcement program, and we had never before lost a UDRP proceeding.  We felt strongly that the NAF panel reached the wrong decision in this case.  The Court's consent judgment negating the NAF decision confirms our belief in the merits of the case and reinforces the strength of AAA's valuable and famous trademarks, and it shows would-be infringers the lengths to which AAA will go to protect its trademark rights."
