Switch to IPv6 in the spotlight: nominees announced for IPv6 Awards

November 18, 2009 the IPv6 Awards Jury announced the nominees for the IPv6 Awards.  The awards were introduced to focus attention on the need for migration from IPv4 to IPv6. Individuals, companies and other organisations that have successfully implemented IPv6 can ask to be considered for an award. Presentation of the IPv6 Awards will take place on 26 November 2009 at the ECP-EPN’s Annual Congress.
The nominees are:

The jury’s choice of nominees takes account of motivation, relevance, dedication, implementation and impact. The IPv6 Task Force, which set up the award scheme, is pleased with the number of people and organisations that asked to be considered.
