State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company,a mutual insurance firm, has recently won another domain name case.
Complainant submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum, requesting the domain name tatefarmautoinsurancequotes.com to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
The complainant owns a service mark registration for the "State Farm" mark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office .Therefore they contended in the complaint that the respondent registered a domain name confusingly similar to its trademark .
Moreover, they said the disputed domain name was registered and used in bad faith.
Respondent,Central Tech c/o Mike Turin, consented to the transfer of the domain name to Complainant.
Therefore, because the complainant managed to demonstrate all the elements needed and because the respondent consented to the transfer, the Panel ordered the domain name to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
