The sale was co-brokered by NameQuiver, Marksmen, Inc.'s domain sales arm .

Social.com had an opening bid of $5 million.The high reserve wasn't met.However,a bid of $2.5 million did come in at one point ,before the auction ended.It seems that the seller is Scott Carter .
