Having missed a few weeks summarising Domain Name Journal’s list of
top domain name sales, it has to be reported that in the three weeks to
23 May there was not one reported sale above $100,000.
Top sellers during the period were gamez.com ($77,100 sold by Sedo), drunkdriving.com ($60,000 - NameConnect), BestOnlineColleges.com ($56,000 - Sedo), capture.com ($53,200 - Sedo) and therapists.com ($50,000 - Sedo). No other sales topped the $50,000 mark.
Top ccTLD sale during the period was Laarzen.nl ("boots" in Dutch), which was sold for €37,500 ( $46,125) by BliXem. Join.me was sold for $45,000.
