Sex.com domain name has sold for $13 MM to Clover Holdings,according to The Register .
Cover Holdings ,which put forward the highest bid,was chosen from among twelve bidders.
The sale also include trademarks related to the domain name .
However,according to The Register,Clover Holdings is a mistery : "Clover itself is a bit of a mystery. It is based on the Caribbean island of Saint Vincent, and the email address listed in court documents is @hushmail.com, the privacy-conscious webmail service."
