Sedo has recently released a report on its first quarter,showing a 18,6% increase in sales compared with Q4 2009 .
11,942 domain names were sold for $23,177,253 .
As usual the .com remains the most popular top-level domain extension ,accounting for more than 42 % of all sales on the Sedo marketplace and 76% of all gTLD sales .
Moreover,there was also an increase in the number of .de sales: 1802 compared with 1775 in Q4 .
The number of .co.uk domain names sold,increased by 46% .
