According to whois records,RichardBranson.xxx was registered on December 10,four days after .XXX was opened for public sale.
Richard Branson is the fourth one to file a lawsuit over a .XXX domain name .
VIPINDIRIM has also filed a lawsuit with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center over Markafoni.xxx domain last month .Another .xxx domain name case has been filled with the National Arbitration Forum,over Heb.xxx domain ,while Valero Energy Corporation filed lawsuit over Valero.xxx domain name.
