The owners of RedWine.com may have opened a special bottle of red
when the domain name sold for $150,000, making it the top sale of the
week to 3 October according to Domain Name Journal’s list of top
reported sales.
The next biggest sale was UG.de, which sold for €50,000 ($69,500), both names selling through Sedo along with 14 of the top 20 sales.
