ISOC-IL, the registry for Israel’s ccTLDs announced that they plan to expand the Domain Name Registration service by opening he public registration of Hebrew IDNs.
The opening of the public registrations has been set to this Sunday,December 26 at 14:00 .
From now on Internet users can register domain names containing Hebrew characters,such as איגוד-האינטרנט.org.il.
The open to the general public is done following the completion of a the Sunrise Period,when a small number of people registered their trademarks.
