CENTR (the Council of European Top Level Domain Registries) has elected two new Board members at its Annual General Assembly in Tel Aviv, Israel on 3 February 2011.
EURID announced that Peter Vergote ,the DNS.be Legal & Administrative Manager, is one of the newly appointed CENTR Board members.
Anne-Marie Eklund Löwinder of The Internet Infrastructure Foundation (the Registry for .se, Sweden) was also elected as a CENTR Board Member .
The two new Board members were elected with the support of the attending members to the meeting in Tel Aviv and will replace outgoing Board members Alberto Peréz Gómez of RED.es (the Registry for .es) and Sabine Dolderer of DENIC (the Registry for .de) who had come to the end of their second of maximum two consecutive terms. The CENTR community thanks the outgoing Board members for their strong contributions and excellent efforts over their terms and wishes the new members every success.
