Paris Hilton a well known celebrity has recently filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center ,claiming rights over ParisHiltonBgas.com domain name .
Paris Hilton trademarked "Paris Hilton" to represent a clothing line for both pets and humans.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark .According to whois records the domain name owner is Greg Peters .
This arbitration case is still pending compliance checks at WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
