Borçelik Çelik Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center over the domain Borcelik.xxx,while Borusan Holding Anonim Şirketi filed a complaint over the domain name BorusanHolding.xxx ,asserting legal rights over the disputed domains .These are the 6th and the 7th UDRP cases filed for a .xxx domain name .The other five are : Valero.xxx,Heb.xxx,Markafoni.xxx,RichardBranson.xxx and FoxStudios.xxx .
Both cases are still pending compliance checks at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
