Nominet launches Customer Satisfaction Surveys

Nominet is launching two customer satisfaction surveys to measure the level of satisfaction with the support services that the organization is offering . Here is the announcement :

"We are committed to providing all of our customers with the highest levels of service and your opinion is important to us. That's why we are launching two customer satisfaction surveys to measure the level of satisfaction with the support services that we offer. These surveys are being carried out on our behalf by an independent market research company called The Leadership Factor. The findings from both these surveys will be published once the research and analysis is completed.
Member and registrar satisfaction survey
To help us measure service levels and identify areas for improvement we have a short telephone research interview for our members and registrars, who have recently used our support services. 

The results of all our registrar surveys are important to us. By identifying any shortfalls between your expectations and our performance, we can concentrate on areas for improvement. Your responses can also influence future direction and policy at Nominet.

The registrar telephone survey will begin on Monday 15 August 2011."
