 NIC Brazil lifted the ANATEL license requirement for the registration of AM.br, FM.br and TV.br domain names as of July 1, 2008.
GoDaddy has been having problems with the commencement of .me registrations this week, with many potential registrants supposedly successfully going through the registration process only to find they subsequently receive an email advising them their registration has failed.
.it, the Italian ccTLD, has passed 1.5 million registrations. .it is the fifth ccTLD in Europe and the seventh in the world to reach this milestone. Today there are more than 1,553,000 names registered. |
