Neustar announced today that it will host an International Telecommunications Union (ITU) plenipotentiary workshop sponsored by the United States International Telecommunication Union Association (USITUA) on Wednesday, September 8, 2010.
The seminar will take place at Neustar's Washington ,D.C. office at 1775 Pennsylvania Avenue,N.W.
