Naugus Limited may lose accreditation

Naugus Limited, LLC may lose accreditation if the registrar doesn't become compliant with the requirements of that RAA by 20 October 2009.

The Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) between ICANN and the registrar will expire without renewal on 9 November 2009 .If the resitrar doesn't become compliant with the requirements of that RAA by 20 October 2009 Naugus Limited may lose accreditation .
It seems that ICANN announced Naugus Limited, more than once what is about to happen,but until now they haven't received any response .
Therefore,they sent another letter to announce them that this is their final chance .
"ICANN previously notified you on 7 July 2008 and 26 August 2009 via email of the breach .Additionally,ICANN notified Naugus Limited via fax and courier on 7 October 2009 that if the breach described was not cured by 20 October 2009,your registrar would be ineligible to renew its RAA.Accordingly,if this breach has not been cured by 20 October 2009,on 9 November 2009,the RAA will expire and ICANN will not renew the Naugus Limited's accreditation ."
