My Space owns many trademark registrations for the "MySpace" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.Moreover,the company contended that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith ."Respondent listed the domain name for sale on a third-party auction website. "

According to whois records the domain name owner is My Space Radio .
The Panel ordered the disputed domain name to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
