Monte Cahn filed recently a $13 million suit against Oversse.net ,Jeff Kupietsky and Lawrence Ng .Monte Cahn is the Moniker's founder .
Monte Cahn contended in the complaint that after he had sold Moniker.com to Oversee.net for $35 million in 2007,Oversee.net wanted him to join the company for at least three years.Moreover,the initial plan was that Monte Cahn will be president of Moniker.However,things started to change and Oversee.net wanted him to run SnapNames and DomainSponsor .Oversee.net also had to pay Monte Cahn $13 million to join the company.
However,as Monte Cahn says he wasn't paid any of the $13 million.
