Microsoft owns many trademark registrations for the "Microsoft" mark.Therefore,the company contended that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.Moreover,Microsoft contended that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith .
"The similarity of the disputed domain name with the Complainant’s trademark, the offer to sell the disputed domain name and the use being made of the disputed domain name as a parking page can only lead to the conclusion that the disputed domain name has been registered as is being used in bad faith."
The Panel ordered the disputed domain name to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant .
