The company owns many trademark registrations for the "XBOX" mark.Therefore,they contended that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark .Moreover,they contended that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith .
"The websites resolving from Respondent’s disputed domain names purportedly offer access codes to Complainant’s XBOX Live service and Sony’s PlayStation Network. Offering access codes to products and services that compete with Complainant disrupts Complainant’s business. "
The Panel ordered the disputed domain name be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
