An arbitrator with the National Arbitration Forum has awarded Microsoft the domain name AdBing.com . Microsoft submitted the complaint on August 12,2011,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name.
The company owns many trademark registration for the "Bing" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark .Moreover,the company contended that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith :"The use of the disputed domain name in connection with a website that offers links to third party websites selling goods and services for which Respondent receives referral or click through fees supports a finding of bad faith registration and use. "
The Panel ordered that the Adbing.com domain name to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant .
