Microsoft,the software giant has filed 2 UDRP cases at the National Arbitration Forum,both targeting domain names with Bing in them .The two targeted domain names are : BingGames.org and BingGames.us .
Both domain names resolve to a game website.According to whois records both BingGames.org domain name,as well as BingGames.us were registered by Nguyen Linh,who is the respondent in the two UDRP cases .
The software giant owns many trademark registration for the Bing mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the domain names are confusingly similar to its trademark .
The cases are still pending compliance checks at the National Arbitration Forum .
