Microsoft files arbitration case over Bing domain names and wins

Microsoft has been granted the rights to nine Bing domain names .The company submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum, asserting legal rights over the disputed domain names. The nine domain names are : bingcinema.com, bingcorporate.com, bingevents.com, bingfax.com, bingmanager.com, bingphonebook.com, bingserver.com, bingwebmail.com, and viewbing.com, all of them registered with Dotster, Inc.
The software giant owns many trademark registrations all over the world for the "Bing" mark. Therefore, the company contended that the disputed domain names is confusingly similar to its trademark.
Moreover,Microsoft contended that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain names in bad faith :
"Respondent plays on the confusing similarity of the disputed domain names to attract Internet users who are presumably looking for official sites of Complainant.  Respondent likely profits when such Internet users click through the links displayed at each of the disputed domains. "
The respondent even try to sell the disputed domains through auction .
The Panel ordered all nine domain names to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
