Microsoft has recently filed a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum,asserting legal rights over the Halo4beta.net domain name .
The operator of Halo4beta.net has now took the website down,in order to avoid legal action.However,Microsoft is went on with the lawsuit and it's determined to win the domain name in arbitration .Microsoft will have to prove that Halo4beta.net domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark .Moreover,the company will also have to prove that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith and that the respondent has no rights or legitimate interests .
Microsoft will launch Halo 4 during holiday 2012 .
The case is still pending compliance checks at the National Arbitration Forum .
