Louis Vuitton Malletier,the international French fashion house has recently filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,requesting the domai name go-vuitton.com to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
As we all know,Louis Vuitton is the owner of the registered "Louis Vuitton" mark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.Therefore,the domain name will be considered by the Panel confusingly similar to Louis Vuitton trademark.
Moreover,the domain name resolves to a website that sells products under the "Louis Vuitton".
Even though the case should be resolved within a couple weeks,it is more than obvious that Louis Vuitton Malletier will win this domain name dispute.
