Banks.com announced that they are putting up the domain name Look.com for sale .The domain name was last for sale in January,2011 on Sedo.However,it did not sell .
In January,the domain name had a reserve range of 500K-999K ."With our exiting the search business, we will begin divesting those assets that are not core to the finance vertical and convert those assets into cash to help build our core business going forward.Look.com isn't just a great domain name; it's a phenomenal domain name the likes of which rarely come up for sale. We encourage any interested parties to make their interest known," said Dan O'Donnell, Chief Executive Officer of Banks.com.
Banks.com announced that they are planning to accept the best immediate offer .They also said that they will reinvest the proceeds of the domain name sale into continuing expanding its presence in the online tax vertical.
