The Argentina Ministry of Foreign affairs decided to limit the number of com.ar and org.ar domain names.

They decided that anyone can register up to 200  com.ar and org.ar domain names.The decision was taken because the organization strongly believed there is an abuse of the system to register many domain names without using them.
The big problem comes now,when some of the existant registrants will want to renew their domain names,but they will only be allowed to renew 200 domain names.
