Lady Gaga has recently lost the fight over the domain name LadyGaga.org after and arbitrator with the National Arbitration Forum awarded the domain name to the respondent .
Lady Gaga submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name.The respondent in this case is listed as "oranges arecool XD" .
Despite she managed to demonstrate that she has many registered trademark for the "Lady Gaga" mark,she didn't managed to demonstrate that the respondent didn't have the right to use it .
LadyGaga.org website is now a fan blog dedicated to Lady Gaga .
The Panel said that Lady Gaga didn't manage to establish all the elements required and,therefore the Panel decided the domain name to remain with the respondent.
