The British high fashion house,Jimmy Choo Ltd. ,has filed for arbitration to get the domain name JimmyChoocom.com .
The company filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,requesting the disputed domain names to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
The British high fashion house is the registered proprietor of the "Jimmy Choo" mark .Therefore,the domain names are confusingly similar to its trademark.
Even though the case should be resolved within a couple weeks,it is more than obvious that Jimmy Choo Ltd. will win this domain name dispute.
