The company submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum,requesting the disputed domain name to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
The British high fashion house is the registered proprietor of the "Jimmy Choo" mark .Therefore,the domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.
Even though the case should be resolved within a couple weeks,it is more than obvious that Jimmy Choo Ltd. will win this domain name dispute.
