A few days ago rumors said Bill Clinton will speak at the next ICANN meeting in San Francisco.Now,it's almost official that he will provide the keynote address for the next ICANN meeting.
ICANN confirmed that they are in negotiation with the former president of the United States to speak at their San Francisco meeting in March .
Even though Bill Clinton accepted ICANN's invitation ,a contract has not been yet signed .That's why ICANN can not make an official announcement yet .
Scott Pinzo wrote in a posting on the ICANN Blog that they "are also aware that ICANN meetings are highly structured, work-intensive events, and we want to be sure that an appearance by President Clinton enhances the meeting's outcomes rather than distracts from them."
