Intel owns many trademark registrations for the Intel mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain names are confusingly similar to its trademark.
According to whois records,all domains were registered by Pentium Capital .
The case is still pending compliance checks with WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
