IKEA,the international home products company, has filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center to get the domain names ikeamarket.com and ikeamarkets.com .
According to whois records ,both domain names are under whois privacy .The company owns many trademark registrations for the "IKEA" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain names are confusingly similar to its trademark .
Both domain names resolve to a website that markets and sells counterfeit "IKEA" branded goods .
The case is still pending compliance checks at WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
