The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) will release today a new site dedicated to the new TLD program .
Beside the new website ICANN will also release the next applicant guidebook for new TLD .No one knows if this will be the final applicant guidebook for the new top level domain names .The new website dedicated to the new TLD program will be hosted at newgtlds.icann.org .
