ICANN has issued a letter to Samjung Data Service indicating that it will cease operating as an ICANN-Accredited Registrar .
Until now,Samjung Data Service has failed to respond to any of ICANN's correspondence concerning these breaches.Samjung Data Service has been given 15 working days "from the date of this letter by depositing its registration data with Iron Mountain “on a schedule, under the terms, and in the format specified by ICANN” pursuant to Section 3.6 of the RAA and by providing public access to data on registered names pursuant to Section 3.3 of the RAA. If Samjung fails to timely cure these breaches, ICANN may commence the termination process."
However,it seems that Samjung Data Service has paid its accreditation fees,since ICANN didn't mention anything about not paying the fees .
